Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging ArchitectPack Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
ArchitectPack provides software development, design, consulting, and related services as described in individual Statements of Work (SOW). Each SOW defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for a specific engagement.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in the SOW, payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. All prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom work product created specifically for the client transfers to the client. ArchitectPack retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and methodologies used during development.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. We are happy to sign mutual NDAs prior to detailed project discussions.
6. Limitation of Liability
ArchitectPack's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific SOW giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an SOW with 30 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
